1 Acceptance of Terms

4 Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

7 Prohibited Conduct and Fraud Prevention

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, app777 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits; loss of data; loss of goodwill; service interruptions; computer damage or system failures; or the cost of substitute services.

app777 does not warrant that the platform will be available without interruption, that it will be error-free, or that any defects will be corrected. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Your use of app777 is entirely at your own risk.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit app777's liability for death or personal injury arising from its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.

11 Account Suspension and Termination

app777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within a reasonable period.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct.
• Suspected bonus abuse or exploitation of system errors.
• Underage gambling, or reasonable suspicion thereof.
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months.
• A request by the account holder to close their account or to invoke self-exclusion.

Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining in the account — net of any bonus amounts that have not met their wagering requirements — will be refunded to the payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to the completion of any pending verification procedures. app777 is not liable for any losses resulting from account suspension or closure carried out in accordance with these Terms.

You may close your app777 account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or by emailing the platform's support address. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days.

12 Amendments to These Terms
